As fotos vêm sendo classificadas como "chocantes" e "ultrajantes" pelos veículos de comunicação internacionais, que também apelidaram Britney de "Puff Mama", algo como "Mamãe Chaminé" na tradução livre.
As imagens surgem na imprensa uma semana depois que a cantora concedeu ao pai de seus filhos, Kevin Federline, a guarda definitiva de Preston, 2, e Jayden James, 1.
